The Logos Running Club

"The Logos Running Club will be traveling to Sihanoukville to run in the Sihanoukville International Half Marathon.  We have been training for about two months.  We have many students who are running the 10k and a few others who are running the 21k.  We are excited to see how our hard work and many miles of training has paid off.  We are constantly thankful that God has given us healthy bodies and 2 feet to run with.  We run for the glory of ONE!  If you see any of our runners in their neon pink shirts, encourage them to keep on running!"

High School Choir Performance

Choir performance has been changed to Wednesday March 14th during chapel.  Come and hear the High School choir perform "The Greatest Command" and "The Lord Bless You and Keep You."

Logos's Got Talent Talent Show will be March 23.

We will host both an Elementary/Middle School Talent Show and a High School show on March 23. Interested students should begin preparing acts for the show. We encourage students to consider presenting a unique talent.  We are looking for a variety of different acts.   Auditions will be held this week, February 19-23. The Logos Student Council will be sponsoring this year's Talent Show.

Volunteer History Day Judges Needed

Looking for Volunteer History Day Judges on Friday, March 16
The Grades 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10 History students will be diligently working on papers, exhibits, websites, plays, and documentaries revolving around the theme of Conflict and Compromise in History for Logos’ Third  Biannual History Day, which will be held at Logos on Friday, March 16.

Mrs. Young is seeking about 6 adult volunteers to help judge the students’ entries from 8:00am until 3:00pm. Judges for some categories do not need to be present for the entire day, so it is possible for volunteers to help out for only a few hours.  Judges also do not need to be historical experts; they just need to have a good grasp of the English Language and a willingness to offer their opinions.

If you or someone you know is interested in helping, please contact Mrs. Young at

Logos Fellowship Day
Saturday, March 24, 11:30-3:00

Logos Fellowship Day is a fun and enjoyable day for all Logos parents and students. If you want to get connected with other parents of your child's classmates, this is the perfect chance! When you know more about other families and parents, your understanding of your own child grows. And it builds a stronger Logos community so that we can work together for the growth and protection of our own children.

There will be a 30-minute session for meeting other parents of your child's classmates. School facilities (swimming pool, field and gym) will be open. Please bring your kids for this fun time! No snacks or drinks are provided, so please bring your own.

English Only On Campus

Hello Parents,
Please encourage your children to speak English at school. We love the diversity of our student population, but we want to make sure no one feels excluded during the school day. English is our common language and we expect all of our students to speak English during the school day.

Here is an excerpt from our Parents Student Handbook:
English is the medium of instruction at Logos. In order to enable all learners to become proficient in English it is imperative for all students to converse in English throughout the school day. Apart from language classes or special tutoring sessions, no other languages are to be spoken at school. The administration will ensure that students who are speaking languages other than English on campus will receive a warning the first time and disciplinary action for subsequent offenses.

Make sure your student's immunizations are up to date

I am auditing all student immunizations records and eventually sending reminders home.  Remember, these Vaccination Requirement are the minimum needed for Logos. It's also highly recommended to receive and be up to date on others immunizations such as Hepatitis A, Typhoid, etc.
