After School Program

Lower Elementary (Grade K-2):

Swimming with the Logos Swim Instructors (Monday and/or Friday):  Every Monday and Friday will be a great time for children to come out and work on their skills that they have been developing in their swim class with the same instructors that teach them during the day.  Don’t miss out on the opportunity to have your children learn such an important and potentially life saving skill.
Catch! (Tuesday): Mr. Workman will be teaching proper form and helping develop a joy for “playing catch”  (Baseball, football, Frisbee)
Computer Keyboarding (Wednesday): Ms. Long will provide instruction for our young students in the important skill of keyboarding(typing).  
Art with Mrs. Taskeen Injeeli (Thursday):  Mrs. Injeeli has been teaching art for pre-k and lower elementary at Logos for many years.  This is a fantastic time for your children to explore the various skills and techniques of drawing, painting, and sculpting.
Mission Impossible (Thursday): Mr. Workman will provide opportunities to face challenges which will require physical effort and problem solving skills.  A different theme each week.

Upper Elementary (Grade 3-5):

Soccer ball juggling tricks: Mr. Ky and Mr. Ya will help our young soccer players learn how to juggle the soccer ball using their FIFA training to develop better ball control in the air.
Love 2 Jump (Tuesday): Mr. Workman will introduce and teach the basics of individual and group jump rope.
Swim Club (Tuesday): This session is for those who are interested in being members of the swim team during second semester. Sessions will be similar to swim practice and will focus on improving swimming technique and increasing speed.
Minecraft Club (Wednesday):Mr. Lewis will help students explore the online world of Minecraft.  A Minecraft account will be needed for students to participate.  Mr. Lewis can help with purchasing and account.
S.T.E.M. Science Club (Wednesday): Ms Wise will guide a time of teamwork solving science/Technology/Engineering/Math problems utilizing a format similar to the STEM contests.
Art (Thursday): Mrs. van Dijk will be leading students in exploring the various skills and techniques of drawing, painting, and sculpting.
